You Are Beautiful
Ever feel down about the way you look? Or wonder why you don't have a perfectly toned body like all the celebs? Everyday we see celebrities with perfect make-up and 'toned to perfection' bodies. Ever get down about these images? We should be happy with who we are no matter how we look or what size clothes we wear. We should embrace ourselves and celebrate our bodies. Here's to being individuals!

It takes one big thing to make you realise how important family is...
Hey guys and girls... sorry it's been a while since I posted last. The thing is on the 3rd of June I lost a special person to me. My mamgu (grandmother in welsh) lost her battle with cancer. So we've all been coming to terms with her not being in our lives anymore.

Yes it's that time of year again where we all begin to think about booking a holiday. And with all the rain we've been having recently who can blame us?! Sunshine and warmth is probably on all of our minds. But with the thought of a holiday, many people's minds turn to working out to get that longed for beach body before going...

Changing yourself for someone
Hey Beautiful People! After writing my last post on a character in the new series The Syndicate I remembered that I once wanted to change myself for someone. So I thought I would share it with you all and have a giggle.
I say giggle because this didn't happen last year or any time recently...

The Syndicate
Hey Beautiful people! Any of you guys watching the BBC's new programme The Syndicate? I watched the first episode of the five part series and I am hooked.
After last nights episode I decided to write a little piece on it seeing as one character in the series stood out for me.
The series sees five people working in a local supermarket who are all having their individual struggles in life. But one night everything changes. They are all in a syndicate together and their numbers come up. With a few events happening in-between they win 18 million pounds between them (Yes I did have a sinking feeling inside wishing it was real and it was me winning that money... who wouldn't?!!).

An Inspirational Woman
Over the past 20 years, Delyth Griffiths has struggled with her weight.
Giving birth to two children and looking after them was taking its toll on her and eating healthy was the last thing on her mind.
Delyth was a size 8 all through her teenage years and through her twenties.

Let's beat Cancer!!
Hey Beautiful people! I'd like you to take 5 minutes of your time just to read this post. I signed up for Race For Life this week to help the fight with the big C. Not only is Cancer effecting millions of people around the world but it's effecting a special person in my family...my Mamgu (grandmother in welsh). Therefore, this fundraising race is close to my heart.
